This is a bobble or wobble chime made in Russia. I believe that these are rare here in the US. Only because, I have never seen one of these here before I found this one about a year ago i guess. It's about 6" tall and has these chimes inside and makes a xylophone kind of sound. Pretty neat actually. What I wanted to know is if anyone has ever seen one and if the have any collector value. The hand painting is very detailed and of good quality as well. Anymore information is appreciated. Thanks.....GLS
Beautiful painting on your piece and love the eyes. They still sell these through sites that specialize in Russian items . I would think there are collectors for these .
