    What is it?
    Tool measures: 10 1/4" x 1"
    Markings: THIS SIDE UP FOR LH DOOR 13-1-236 ( or possibly 23G)
    THIS SIDE UP FOR RH DOOR 13-1-236 ( or possibly 23G)
    Ratchet arms rotate 360 degree.
    I would like to know what it it? How do you use it? Your insight greatly appreciated.

      This type wrench is made for everything from car doors to commercial sliding doors. BMW has one similar for their serpentine belt adjustments. There should be different design bits that fit into the hole at the end of this.

      My guess is part of a heavy duty door closer.
