It looks like a homemade knife.
No idea at all -- reminds me of knives from the Middle east ......or something like a Kirpan...but all a Guess
Tourist souvenir piece. They still look cool.
Looks like a Morroccan Koummya - definitely tourist quality, as fortapache said.
