Vintage handbag

I purchased this handbag at an estate sale. I thought my niece, who is into vintage, would like it and it was brand new! (the mirror in the compartment inside was still wrapped in tissue -- at least I am assuming it was unused). Does anyone recognize the "logo" on the inside of the handbag? It is a gold arrow against a green background. I could not find any information on-line. Thank you sleuths!hand
