Beautiful Disston & Sons 1896-1917 D-8 ripsaw with the dual grip/thumbhole. Handle is Applewood, blade is 5 PPI.

Originally she was in pretty bad shape (rusty blade, dry handle). Sanded and polished blade, and conditioned handle in Flaxseed (Linseed) Oil.

Love these old two hole Disston D8 rip saws. I have one I'm restoring at the present time.
