      Take the garage sale sticker off bottom and retake picture. I can make out Simone & ? and other tidbits but sticker is in way

      I agree with Dizzydave, it does say De Simone, and the circle in the middle says ITALY. Whether it is relatedto the Giovanni deSimone who later in life created the bright, colourful picassoesque pottery, I don’t know. Removing the rest of the label, may help.
