      Jdurso, take a look at the single picture you show us & declare it to be a cigar cutter. I see nothing that would even resemble a "cutter", much less for cigars, or anything else. Maybe it's the handle for an ice-pick ? Show us something we can work with.

      I think bb2 is correct and the bronze is not 1920, looks like a repro.
