      Photos look like three of the same. Add photos of the bottom and the inside with lid off.

      Lots of brass items are modern made in India.

      This seems to be too well made to be Indian and I am leaning toward Persian, they was totally black when found about 8 years ago

      This pair was totally black when I found them & still not found out where they are from yet. Had them about 10 years now so must have taken 100 years to turn black
