    Virginia House wooden rocker. Stamped 1283 2405 107 in white coloring, with the Virginia House marking etched in seat bottom. Was wondering the value and was told to never get rid of it?

      I have a chair just like yours; except I have a different number ("692") than your "1283". I bought it new in 1993 and I am still using it today. Can't tell you what anyone would pay for my chair; never tried to sell it. I don't think it would fetch much, but could be wrong.
