Looks like it. A friend gave this to me a few years ago.

I have seen a lot of these lamps, in about 1990 you could have bought these new,but I am not sure I have seen them in the new catalogs. The glass shades are new also. The paint jobs on most of these use the same colours of the dull greens etc. Also these were not modelled in spelter or metal bronze but done in resin only, because they are so new. I used one of them on my book sale tables back in the mid 90's.
