Child's Reader

This is my grandfather's primer in the 1st grade. His mother wrote his name on the inside cover. What beautiful penmanship they had! I thought the front and back of the book were very sweet and colorful. I love old books and have discovered an antique store that has a huge library of them. I've been told that it's so much easier and cheaper using a Kindle, but give me the smell of old book paper any day. As a matter of fact, I'll take the smell of new book paper, too. LOL...I'm old and set in my ways. Bo
