Photo framed in an intricately carved heavy wooden frame. I believe the photo is a cabinet card. Wondering from the clothing where the woman might be from. And curious about be frame.

Frame looks to be very late 19th century.

If knowing the location is important-- take the image out and look at the photographer information on the cabinet card.
