We were looking at our older tools in our garage and found this Sioux valve lapper from Albertson & Co. Sioux City Ca. What we are unfamiliar with is the brass handle. Did Sioux often put brass handles on their products?

I use to have a Sioux valve grinder when I use to build engines. It was a nice compact bench unit but heavy as heck and probably made back in the 1920s or 30s
