Nana’s China - similar but not Noritake 173

I’ve been trying to find this pattern. My 97 year old grandmother passed away and I don’t know the exact history. I know this is similar to Noritake mystery 173, but the pattern is not the same. The little wreath design is 1/2 circle on mine and a flat line of 173.

Any ideas
