Wood. No markings. About 30 inches by 30 inches. Full-length lever has notch that goes over wooden "blade" running down middle. No idea. Any help? Thanks.

ajhhhh ..towel rack ... news paper rack ....? drying rack for some thing ...!!!
didn't see the top section .. used to form gutters .. copper ...maybe even hides .. I guess someone will come along and tell us ...my nickel is up ...good luck smiling
