    These were in my Grandfatrher's posessions when I got them after my father's death. I think they are lovely pieces.

      Put some photographs up of the bottoms-- is there a center pin?

      I uploaded some pictures of the bottoms.

      These don't look thick enough nor do they have the primers in the bottom that would identify them as shell casings.

      If they are from shell brass, it appears that the brass was melted and poured to form these objects.
