I don't see anything that would clip the scarf together? Love the rhinestone colours.
Clip was probably the incorrect term to use. The scarf would pull the ends through the center of the piece .
Have you actually tried pulling a scarf thru there?
I love to wear scarves and scarf clips or slides but those openings look too small and there is at least one “barb” protruding what would snag the scarf.
So I have doubts it is a scarf slide.
Maybe it had a pin on the back which got removed for some reason.
I agree with Watchsearcher - way to short to pull a scarf through, and too small underneath.
