Victoria Czech Slovakia China Identification Need Help

I am trying to find some information on this vase, or jar with lid piece of china and I can’t find much info on it at all. There’s a couple different numbers on the bottom with a back stamp that has a crown and says “Victoria Czecho Slovakia.” The picture looks like its two women who are about to kiss and there is like this kid angel in the bushes spying on them and I would love to know the story behind what the picture means. I’m very intrigued by the whole thing, which is why I picked it up. It stands 10” tall. Thanks in advance for an info!
