Can't help you on the mark, but I have rice bowls with the exact same outer design and color. Picked them up new somewhere between 2001-2003 at an Asian grocery store in Oklahoma City. Not sure if mine have a mark...they're in storage at the moment.
sort of juzan gama - nagasaki prefecture ? something like 1980
