Ive recently acquired 17 glasses of different form with this design, some tumblers other stemmed. what I’ve learned is the design is Pall Mall/Lady Hamilton and there are many variations and a long history from 1910-1960s... The top is machine etched but the lattice work can be either cut (older) or machine etched (more modern) I found I had some older and some newer pieces in my collection. The top scroll work pattern has some variations too, mind is similar to yours but not quite the same. Anyway I’m not an expert but maybe look up 20chlass.co.uk for more on this history of Pall Mall glass as a start. Good luck!
