Yet another find from the weekend of August 10th 2019
The lady that sold me this Crucifix told me it belonged to her mother
The necklace and cross is made of sterling silver
The necklace measures: length 20 inches with clasp
The cross measure 2.5 inches
The box is made of leather with a silk lining
The inscription inside the lid reads "Al Pellegrino Cattollco ROMA
Via dl Porta Angelica, 83 (S. Pietro)."
Can someone please help me identify what religion this cross or crucifix represent?
Just saying ..... It is Cattolico .... Catholic in Italian.

Per 5he box this item appears to have come from a religious goods store in Rome, Italy. I can only assume than it Catholic.
