Help identify please. Old, Brass, 3 legged, oil burning

Please help me identify this oil lamp

Solid Brass
All 3 legs removable
Removable oil chamber inside the ornate top

23 inch extendable height adjustment...
All appears to be solid Brass.
Top piece is vented, but has been painted many times

There enter section area missing, and I'd like to find pictures of what this originally looked like when new
