Imperial no. 555 small compote.

Got this at a thrift store today. Most compotes I own have a rather plain base/stem. Not this one, lol. Reminds me of an early cut or pressed glass punch bowl w/ matching base. Except this is all one piece and very small. 4 1/2 in tall by 5 1/2 in wide. Basic hobstar/pinwheel and arches pattern. no reaction to UV. Maybe a more recent piece? Any thoughts would be loved. Thanks.
