Made in the UK by Mintons, this is a reasonably old ashtray from what I can gather and will do a bit of digging to try and verify its age. I'd class this as excellent condition with some slight wear and tear on the graphics, but that does not detract from its overall look. A great looker in my opinion and certainly stands out from the crowd with its colour and elegant design.

These old beer and spirit ashtrays are evocative! Bringing back memories of Dad off to the pub after golf, and before roast beef (or lamb), Sunday lunch time. You could tell how the golf game had gone by his mood when he got home! Drinking and driving wasn't talked about then.

Your collection Simon, is fabulous - extensive, with some wonderful ashtrays. (If an ashtray can be wonderful.)
