Small 9.5 cm high blue and white porcelain vase. From where and when ?

I bought this only 9.5 cm high blue and white porcelain vase, whith no marks on the bottom, at the local thrift store. The blue underglaze pointed me in the Chinese direction, but I'm not sure if it's Chinese. Can you tell tell me where it comes from and when ?
