I bought this bag of pearl necklaces at Goodwill. I don’t believe any are of value, but there are two that have interesting clasps. I was wondering how I could tell the age of them or the maker.

Your bag of pearls from Goodwill could be a lesson for families who are disposing of deceased family member's jewelry! Maybe you will find something really nice in that mix, so look carefully and good luck to you.
Just to be sure my family doesn't toss out the "good stuff", I keep the pearls I inherited from my mom in their original jewelry store box with the sales receipt showing the price my dad paid for them so many years ago.
