Trying to get info...

I acquired this years ago while my husband was still active duty USAF. It’s traveled now with us through 4 states, used solely as a deco piece and it’s time for it to find a new home- but I’d like to know what I have first! Only info I have is that I got it from a fellow military spouse who brought it with her from Poland (her home country) when they were stationed overseas. Help!!
