A Reverse Image Search of the porcelain mark included herein lead me to this site: "china-and-dinnerware/overview/stories - First found on Aug 11, 2014" and the following link: http://cf.collectorsweekly.com/stories/f-p4qJ5DZuu0RfHv8vFO5w-small.jpg/ However, I cannot find any information about the mark in question. The mark is stamped on the bottom of the character stein whose pictures are also included. Because of some sloppy finishings of the stein, I have serious reservations about its manufacturer' professionalism. I would very much appreciate any information about the mark and the stein's manufacturer. Thank you!

I agree. I think it is a modern mark created to look old. Probably S. E. Asian.
