    Just don’t know what this is, any ideas? Weighs about 6 Lbs is 24” long. Totally curled on the inside. Can’t read any makers marks

      I would suggest that this is an extension spanner/handle for the wheel on a large pipeline valve. Will give the operator some extra leverage.

      We just used a bobbejaan spanner (monkey wrench) back in the day.

      Try an internet search for "wheel - valve - wrench" and you should get some examples.
