Found this today along with some other items. Hve tried to ID it and figure what it is for. Have been looking for qiute a while on the internet. Does anyone know what this is for???

Hah, I looked for a good 2 hours. You found something very similar. That helps me quite a bit. I am going to clean the handles on the one I found. There is definitely lettering there.
