    Just purchased this on ebay but there was no information at all on its identity.
    Not sure what the replica dollar bill is hiding. I hope it isn't a flaw.

      Does it open and close like a lock? More photos will assist.

      These show up here every now and then. As I recall they were used for locks bank bags as well as someone saying they were used on early military tote or duffel bags. I'm not sure anyone ever came up with an official name for them.
