Unique Richard Kerr - Brooch -

So I have this Richard Kerr brooch. I was about to start to design an assemblage necklace with it but thought I should first look him up to make sure it's just an average brooch. When I look up Richard Kerr jewelry ALL of the jewelry is covered in tiny glitzy crystals. I can't find
anything he made that is as elegant or "subdued" as this brooch. Not sure if that makes this considered RARE or if it is not worth anything because it's NOT like all his other stuff. I think it's just crazy that I can't find anything by him that is like it.
