This charming little bear belonged to my father in-law. There are no markings, and a small chip on the bottom. I believe it is around 90 years old, but that is a guess. Winston passed on age 92 and he had this as long as he could remember. Any ideas?? We found an old penny from the 60's but no valuable coins.
