An illustration by Cy Hungerford (Cyrus Cotton Hungerford) for the Beaver PA Women's Club (about 1940). It was drawn during a guest speaker demonstration "chalk talk" style. His first published cartoon: 9/21/1903 for the Parkersburg (WV) Sentinel. Hungerford joined the Pittsburgh Post Gazette in 1927; retired in 1977 at age 89. He passed 5/23/1983.
