I aquired these and can't find any information on them... I know that they are from 2 different sets. Any help would be much appreciated!

Not Kewpies . Sometimes referred to as Penny all bisque dolls , These were also won as prizes at Carnivals . They are pocket dolls ,you could keep in your pocket to play with :-) Many Japan companies produced these for export and were very inexpensive cute dolls. They are painted stone bisque dolls dating lost likely 1930' and even into 40s. Called "Frozen Charlotte dolls " because their limbs don't move. Nice set and the 2 different with wavy hair appears he is missing a crepe suit like the other one . So No company name but Japan Charlotte /Penny dolls :-)
