A dime sized metal button;not sure if it is copper or brass. It is a two peice with loop shank. It has a mock coat of arms with a knight armor head @ top. Banner @ bottom has no real writing as seen with jeweler's loupe,but small marks that give look of writing.

I believe it's probably from a blazer & not military. Hey, nobody else seemed to want to say it. If military, the script would be legible.
