These glasses have a gold encrusted band, near the rim, that looks like the Minton pattern of Tiffin glass, but the etched decor on it does not match the Minton pattern. The etched decor on the glass depicts a basket with garland. Hope that someone can assist to identify that it is Tiffin glass, and can name the pattern.
really hard to see the etch in the photos, but from what I can make out the etch is unknown. Etches were often done by third part decoration houses and not all are known.
