My buddy came across a Glenn Miller 45 set that I believe was never played

    The album is signed and inside are 15 45rpm records numbered 1-30. Each record has two numbers starting with number one and the other side is number thirty. The paper sleeves show age discoloration but have no damage at all. The sleeves are also like pages in a book binded together with the cover .
    The two pictures are all I was able to acquire at the moment.
    Any knowledgeable people that have information on this will greatly be appreciated
