Mid Century Arm Chair

We just found this cool mid century arm chair by the side of the road. It seems to have walnut legs and I am thinking the upholstery is original. I am wondering, were these type of chairs mass produced back in the day, or is it more of a style of one particular maker? Going to try to clean up the upholstery and a small repair on the leg and see how it comes out! Thanks for any insight you may have~
