She is a modern porcelain collector doll . They were sold by millions during a time when antique bisque dolls were very expensive and made to look like a antique doll. Many many companies and artists sold these on home shopping channels and magazines . Most were made in China and Taiwan. Some were very good quality others not so good . The secondary market is flooded with these dolls and most wind up in thrift shops as donations . Made likely in 1980-90s . They main buyers for these dolls were older women .
