      I only have the one photo. I never had the piece. My wife saw it on eBay a few years ago and did not bid high enough. I would like to get it for her for Christmas.

      think it is possibly Coalport turquoise enameled jeweled; here's a similar I found tho' not with the interior gold finish. Patterns were often produced with various motif and finished mixed... at least this may give a starting...
