Oil on Canvas Floral Painting

I came across this on oil on canvas Floral painting at a thrift store. I know very little about oil paintings but they intrique me. So all I could find was that the 12x16 frame was made by Fredrix and if you look at the pictures the is one where I see a signature but I don't know enough about artist signatures to even remotely to tell who signed it. If anyone has any knowledge about this painting I would greatly appreciate it.
