It appears to be a Rolex Cellini? I may be off on the name. Your best bet, is to take it to a jeweler that knows Rolex watches and have them open the case up. Once open, they can verify the serial numbers and date it. If it's real, it's worth some money.
There also may be serial numbers on one of the sides where the straps go. Some Rolexes are marked there. But looking inside will tell all
