Found this in a attic, just wondering if anyone knows the value of this vintage object? I have seen, don’t know if it is true that these toys are illegal to sell

And yes, JARTS were intended to be a simple family yard game, before someone in some gov't agency somewhere actually noticed the fact that they were otherwise *also* pointy steel things intended to be physically and purposely thrown from one little group of citizens directly towards/at another...and WHOOPSIE...we've suddenly gots ourselves a new "hazard"...?? <sigh><lol>
