1965 ladies Bulova watch... Trying to ID the model. When I do Google search it comes up as a men's surf King.

Why do you call it a ladies watch? Your best bet, is to open it up and get the movement numbers. That will help accurately ID it.
A lot of the 50s and 60s gentleman's watched were smaller size. Here's my 50s Omega watch. It's very small compared to today's watches.
