Garfield ceramic "America's No 1 Pussonality" figure

This figure is in decent condition. Some of the paint has chipped off. I have not seen any of picture of this figure on the internet or elsewhere, so it might be unofficial. It was made in 1982 and has a signature and date on the bottom.
