This is the earliest version of the rare Metro gas globes. We got this from a Utah Collector a couple of years ago. It’s the only one like it that I’ve ever seen. Pretty rare globe I think. If my research is correct, this might be a 1941 Mobil Metro globe and not related to the METRO globe posted a few years ago by another collector in Utah? Mystery Metro globe.
