This fish, and it’s brothers and sisters in my collection, are my ‘not quite sure’ pieces.
On any given day I’m not sure whether I like them or really dislike them.
They are by turn for me, a work of art, a cumbersome fish, trendy but dated! I’m conflicted but do admire the skill in producing these.
I acquired this one yesterday for £3.50.
I quite like them..they are not the usual happy looking colored fish you usually see. They look like they might bite your finger off. I feel the term "murano glass" is overused and often incorrect. Using the term "murano style" is an acceptable term and one we use in descriptions on our etsy store.
I’m not massively keen on these fish but I do recognise the artistry therein. I agree that this one in particular looks like it would snap given the chance. Thanks for the comment dav2no1 , much appreciated.
