Just acquired a very nice oil painting the original owner identified on the back as "Mt Agung Island Bali." I have no other information. The back of the frame is stamped with "MF 208 105," and a "48" with an illegible circular stamp (see picture). Perhaps someone might recognize the artist's painted signature? Any other information one may have is appreciated.
Frame is 54" x 30", and I re-covered/re-papered over the back before I could measure the inner frame over which the painting is stretchedattached, but estimate it to be approx. 49.5" x 25.5".
