Copper around the edged dime no date no mint mark. Reverse seems to be normal. Not sure if it's an error or man made. Anyone have any information?

Hi euricahundley33, it was caught in a washer, dryer, or similar, and spun, to wear it down! There are a few posts on CW, with different coins, and I posted one, also! Bill :^)
